Salesman Carlos was very professional and helpful through out the whole process very nice place to buy. Purchased a car from these guys in December of 2016 and referred a friend who purchased a vihcal from another drivetime location going on two months now and no referral bonus was every credited to my account called customer service and got the run around beware doesn't seem as tho they honor their referral program.

This is my second time coming to this specific Drivetime. They have taken such good care of me. Richard works so hard for his customers! Ask for him and let him know I sent you. The best customer service and experience ever! I highly recommend this location and sales agent. Amazing.

Lyn was very helpful and very kind. They have you review them at the end of everything, but since I'm here I figured I'd be honest. They were actually very helpful, able to get us into a car, and as I've said. Lyn was incredibly kind.

I went into pay off my mother's car loan who recently deceased. Well they don't take pay off payments at this location. I was fine with that. The gentleman at the desk suggested that I call Bridgecrest. I did right at the sale location. Well you can't make a payoff with them either. They only take increments of $1000 and for each one you had to pay processing fees. If you do it too many times you can't continue. What a pain in the ass. When I questioned why I had to go through hoops just to pay off a car loan they had no answer. The salesmen didn't have an answer and left the poor receptionist to defend their poor policy. Sort of ironic since if your late on a payment even one day they will call you constantly.
