Waste of my time, when you get to the store they tell you to use the computer to apply and if you get approve it will let you know if you get denied you will receive an email. Just wanted $200 and got denied, WHAT? I asked when I would get an email stating why, they said in the next 24 hours. I went to CASH 1 they approved me for $650 only needed $200, CASH 1 was so helpful and made the process so customer service. I am glad Cash Factory denied me, CASH 1 is perfect and the service is not a computer. IF you need a Loan GO TO CASH 1.

I applied for a loan online and was approved instantly!!! All I had to do was send a copy of my recent pay stub via text message, which was very convenient. The representative explained everything over the phone and encouraged me to ask questions during the conversation. Talk about excellent guest service!!!!
