The ABSOLUTELY WORST MORTGAGE LOAN CO!!! From the very beginning, they make mistakes. We were 30 days past our original closing date. The last straw just happened. My lender failed to send paperwork for our homeowners instance, so we got cancelled. We're still waiting for a refund on an impound account that should have never been an impound account. They lost our check and to reissue. I called last week and requested a meeting with the two gentlemen Managers. Haven't heard a word. So unprofessional and ridiculous!!!

Good lord, if you are in GA- run as fast as you can. They cannot close a loan in this state. Seriously, if you want a home in GA do not use them. They are horrible. In CA they can probably do their job but not in GA.
