Used to be a great bank, but as others have observed, the transition to the 'improved' e-banking and customer service sucks. The 'help' line is completely incompetent, with whoever answers simply telling me each time I need to call in again (on the same number) and talk to someone else. The last time I did that, the bot told me my wait time was approximately 53 minutes. I'm moving the rest of my accounts to Del Norte Credit Union.

LANB Albuquerque Branch is awesome! The tellers, Corrine, Kaylee and Jerick are extremely friendly and helpful. That same attitude of great customer service is seen with every interaction with any team member of the bank.
