It all started with a flyer in the mail. I read the flyer thoroughly and when arrived to the store, a gentleman by the name of ? assisted me and requested over 5 stips.. After gathering all the stips he requested. 2 days later, I had time to go check it out and see what this loan place was all about. I arrived back to the store today and dealt with the same guy that was at the counter last time... He was doubting me and needed this and that before he can lend me anything. I felt being pushed around, judged and discriminated by the way he treated me,,,, I had no time for non sense so I left the store... Horrible.. I rather let someone else earn my business..

I went in the other day, and I was very hesitant to go as I had seen the bad review on Google as well.. I thought I would give it a try. When I entered it was very awkward, it was as if I interrupted what the Gentleman was doing. I started asking questions on what I needed to bring and all that great stuff, and right in the middle of me asking a question his computer beeped, he had received a Facebook message.. witch is fine if you have downtime but then he starts replying back to the person not even paying attention to me. THEN he pulls out his phone and texts someone back.. two seconds later his phone rings and I was still talking he answers.. Then has the audacity to ask if I wanted to come back, I said no. The place did not look busy at all, so if someone walks in and asks for your attention to bring you business, then I suggest you pay attention. I usually do not write reviews but this was uncalled for. I plan to contact corporate because this person needs to be taught something about customer service.

Please do not get a loan from this place. I got a loan for 300$ in May 2014 and I'm still paying it back. The interest is very high and if I would had a better alternative to get money I would have taken it. They are constantly changing management since I took out my loan. They won't let you pay for it over the phone. Also if you are late one day they threaten you by letter and phone. The other day I was making a payment in the store they called me left a message and said they will take legal action if I don't pay. So please do not go with them. This was an expensive learning experience for me.

Never ever, I mean never get a loan from this place! They rip you off. You get a loan of 300 and you end up pay 1400 back! Their system sucks and it doesn't make sense. Trust me, and go else where. Not happy at all...
