New Hampshire Federal CU in Concord, NH

I went in to open a checkling acount. After waiting 25 minutes to speak with a representative (with nobody waiting ahead of me) I stood up and walked out. Why would I want to put my money in the hands of those old chatty Cathy's?

This bank is a great resource to the community. They have free financial educational workshops even if you are not a member. I have been a member for decades. My only complaint is that the loan officer took way too long about 4 weeks to get my paperwork processed for my auto loan. I had to make repeated phone calls and the seller was getting in-patient. I didn't realize I could have just asked for another officer. I eventually did and closed the deal but I was not happy with the auto loan experience. All of my other banking experiences have been great though with them.

I consolidated my credit card loans and everything went smoothly. Months later I received my tax return and requeated a payoff amount. Which they gave. I authorized a transfer from my other bank to pay off the loan and instead of paying it off they depoaited my money in my checking account and set up automatic payments. Then contacted me a few months later to tell me i was late on the loan I thought was paid off. Turna put now I am 465$ short of the payoff amount which they will not cover.

Good people and products...nice to have staff know you versus being just another account.
