Granite State Credit Union in Concord, NH

I usually love this place until I applied for a loan. The Member Services Rep Tasha had a few issues. Did not introduce herself, never smiled, did not offer any information about the loan, was in my opinion very rude considering I am a member of the bank applying for a loan. There is a little more but you get the picture. I would contact them directly but I hate confrontation. Tasha was rude.

Google my name Janet Delfuoco and watch how there state owned bank does not have to follow banking rules, be very careful if you choose to use this credit union....not a good place to do business. Watch the story and the court hearings. It's not over yet though I'm getting a hand writing analyse then I will prove my name was FORGED!!!!!

Friendly, caring staff that go above and beyond! Always nice to see a familiar face when it comes to your money! I am so glad we switched to Granite State!

Very poor. I have been banking here for many years now and within the past few months the chip cards are not working. I end up using my own credit card then have to pay interest charges because these cards don't work. Once in a while I can find an ATM that allows me to take out cash but otherwise I get either a declined or unauthorized message and I have had enough will be closing my account here tomorrow. They have given me three different cards saying it was just the magnetic strip but that doesn't explain why the chip will not read in chip readers.
