Worst experience with a bank I have ever had. After physically bringing in my Power of Attorney to this specific location they lost it or claimed I never brought it in. I brought it in again and they made more copies and said everything was taken care of. Then again I went in and they could not find the POA on file. Frustrated but unable to do anything with my account I brought it in again...they made copies and filed as usual. Now today I call and ask them to fax a copy to another branch and they said they have no POA on record for me. Makes me wonder where exactly all my legal documents went and if US bank is the right bank to trust with such personal confidential information. I would never bank with them.

These guys are great. I've been a US Bank customer for over 20 years and I've never had a problem. I've worked with the associates at this branch to refinance a car, refinance our home, and I do all my banking at this location. They are courteous, professional, and very helpful. I'd recommend US Bank and especially this branch at Lakeside to anyone. Keep up the good work!
