Rude service . Made very uncomfortable today, thanks to unknown teller not wanting me to deposit a check..

Reps have no idea how to do their job which led to bank audits that ended up them taking our money away. through the whole process it's been lie after lie, do not trust them, untrustworthy bank.

Love these people, this location has the best manager I've experienced.

Now don't get me wrong - the folks who work at this location are lovely people. I really enjoyed interacting with them. This isn't a critique on them but the financial institution they just so happen to work for. This was the location where I opened my account 7 years ago. But virtually all of my troubles have been on the phone with representatives down in Papillion. Here are the highlights of my dealings with SAC over the past few years: - Last year they switched their computer system over and deleted one of my business accounts on accident. They were aware of the issue but didn't fix it until a year later when... - Payments that had been routed to this business account were found floating in the ether in their banking system. - Rather than depositing my funds, they deposited someone else's payroll check. - A month later, they pulled those funds out of my account with zero warning or explanation of what happened and I still had to fight on the phone for several hours to get paid the money from my vanished business account. - I had been paying a contractor via wire-transfer for months until the system glitched. When I contacted customer support, they removed my ability to conduct wire transfers and said that all such transfers were only to be made over the phone with a $20 surcharge... in 2015! - My debit cards have regularly stopped working though everything on the account is 100% fine. This has happened more times than I can count. In my experience, I only have to ask for a replacement card at 3 or 4 branches over the course of 3 to 4 months in order to actually get one... that will last me a few months. - I made a personal and a business deposit on the same day. Both deposits went into the right accounts. However, the business check had a hold on it that was accidentally applied to personal account, which meant my debit card suddenly stopped working.... at meetings with clients. - The recommended solution from the support desk to the account hold mix-up? Clean out my entire business checking account into my personal account. Not going to work. They then tell me to go visit the bank in person to tell them to fix their error. The person on the line wasn't willing to fix the issue for me or even make the phone call to fix her bank's egregious error. So I have zero funds (personal or business) available to me for 7 days. And so in 7 days, I'll be moving all my funds from two businesses and my personal account over to another bank. It's a major pain - which has been my primary reason for not switching despite years of agonizing runaround. There are a million other ways I'd rather spend my time, but it is far better than fighting with these folks on a weekly basis. So if you are thinking of banking with SAC, don't - at least not now. They don't have their act together and hopefully they'll change course after enough folks leave. But as it stands, you are just one technical error away from a financial nightmare. Go to some place with better infrastructure and organization.

I've had nothing but good luck with this bank and this location. They even called me once to come back in and better my situation at no benefit to themselves. Super friendly. Super convenient
