Been a member for years. Centris really takes care of its members.

Centris needs to be a real community credit union. More like mutual 1st federal. CENTRIS still works as a bank.. it will give you a loan based on your credit reports. No if or buts. MUTUAL 1st do takes other stuff in consideration.

I left another credit union to join centris they are much supportive of your needs then looking at your credit report. I was in much needed help. Centris help me with only being a member a short time. The other credit union gave me a straight up NO because this, because that after being a member for over 20 years. I'm glad I move to Centris. Thanks again

Centris has screwed up our Mortgage refi again ! The first time we did a refi after the paper work was all signed and the deal was done they came back and said oh we made a mistake you actually owe us 2500 more dollars. this took us over 2 and 1/2 years to pay off. We chaulked it up to a serious mistake but decided that it happens sometimes. NOW, we go to refi again and the numbers have been changed 4 or five times after the appraisal is in! how does this happen!? You have all the numbers what are you doing!

Worst banking experience ever. They treat you like crap and say sorry in a tone similar to that of a child being forced to apologize for something they don't understand. Take your money elsewhere if you want to be treated like a person.
