This branch is horrible I can go to the main branch and never have an issue however EVERYTIME I go to this location my account is frozen at the end of business day and NO ONE can tell me why. They never document anything and the have awful customer service. I try to only go to the main location but due to my work hours I am subject to this hell on occasion.

They never answer the phone. When you do make it to the branch they act as though they dont understand what authorized user means and makes it difficult to complete transactions.

Love this location....especially weekend hours!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful and the line moves fast. I've never had a problem at this location.
