Federal Financial Services Inc in Winston-Salem, NC

My first experience with federal financial was awesome. I've been a customer for about 5 years never been late on my payments and paid my first car off. I later received a 500 dollar loan never late always on time and when I wanted to add more money on my account they denied me for having another loan with another company. I really hate this company now, I have been a loyal on time customer and this is how I get treated no more business from me!!! Andrew at the Patterson ave branch sucks!!!

Got my SUV paid it off on time. Love the people at this branch, For those whom has negative things to say about this company, let me say to you PAY YOU BILL ON TIME. I guarantee this will stop the repo letters/calls.

If I could give this company a -1, I would and gladly! They are very rude. When you call they do not announce to whom you are speaking to. Just hello, like you are calling their home. I walked in and there is only one friendly person sitting behind the desk. I hate walking into a place that I know that I will have to have an attitude to match. If you do have any short coming and you are behind a week, then they send you a repo letter, I will never shop at Jerry Hunt again, nor will I to anyone whom uses them! Terrible company!

My purse was stolen with all money and belongings I was late making a payment. I was in contact with the branch to let them know what was going. I never had issues paying on my account until now, the account managers where not nice and basically didn't care about anything other than getting their money. They could care less about my issues. I was able to speak yo a branch manager and she was actually pleasant, unfortunately her employee where not trained to care about people. People stay away from this company they don't understand that people have hardships and things happen that we can't avoid.

I've gotten two loans from them in the past two years and I've had nothing but positive experiences. My interest rate was high but understandably so because it was my first ever loan. They always worked around my schedule which was nice when I switched jobs. They've been nothing but kind and curteous to me. If I get another auto loan it will be through them just because of the outstanding service I've gotten thus far.
