I called to take care of a collection from Gmac an old car insurance bill, I wasn't happy that car insurances would send me to collections, any who it was only 165$ but anything in collection can really hurt your credit so I called and spoke to a very nice gentlemen named Drew, he took care of it for me I set up two payments and he told me they will send me a confirmation of Payment, and report to the bureau at the end of the month. so if you need to call ask for Drew he was very helpful.

The worst rudest crap ever. Trying to collect on something that is paid. They should be put out of business.

I personally dont have any collections but before dealing with these companies have them send u in writing that if u pay the collection it will be removed from report not just listed as paid collection. That why you have proof to hang them.later.if they dont follow.through.

Bunch of smart mouths in that office. Debt collectors lol, that tells you all you need to know. They certainly are some mouthy mfers on the phone

I call to resolve a collection I had, and spoke with Drew through a recommendation from aGoogle review. Best man ever! Very polite and helpful. Now only did he help me understand what's going to happen after its paid bit also lower my debt even though I didn't asked for it. This is the guy you want to talk to!!
