I have never in my life felt like a criminal with a bank. They have double doors for security reasons I'm guessing so I enter the bank and the 2 ladies behind the counter are actually tryna hide behind each other. Crazy think is I was in my military uniform so someone comes to the glass and damn near shaking and was like "if you don't have a account you can't enter sorry" I had a account that I just got off the phone with customer service to close it!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourself

Love this bank and personal service! I love that they have double security doors, it makes me feel safe when I need to go in.

The customer service at this location is really great, and I've never had a problem with my accounts through Fidelity. I'm always greeted with smiles, and really brightens my day whenever I go to the bank.

Good staff, good service. They are a bit of a small player, so there are some limitations to what they offer, typically underwritten by someone else, but for most people, that isn't a problem. Their online banking services are respectable, with the only issue being technical support is only available during bankers hours, literally.
