Truliant Federal Credit Union in Charlotte, NC

The people here are competent, thorough, helpful, and friendly. They've helped tremendously with financial advising, and have dealt with problems very quickly. This is a great branch, and on top of that, it's rare that I ever have to wait in line.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I have been trying to get a hold of a real person for WEEKS now after they cut off my card for a transaction they thought was fraud that I made in my hometown!!!! I HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO MY MONEY FOR WEEKS! I stay on hold with their automated voice message for hours at a time every single time! I switched from Bank of America to them because they don't have hidden fees but at least with BOA I could ALWAYS access my card and I could always get a hold of a representative! I hate leaving reviews like this because it can be detrimental to a business's reputation but this is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received especially from people I entrust with my money!!!!!!
