I paid my loan off November 29th and was told I would not get my escrow payment of over $2k back until February! If I acted that way I would be reported to the credit bureau.

Once we got upper management involved we got approval in no time. Wow, what a difference this made. My clients are happy campers now! Thanks for being a great company and reaching out and correcting the issue! RoundPoint is a company with high standards and morals.

I am not surprised to see nothing but complaints in previous reviews. I would also give ZERO STARS if possible. I have yet to find one single competent employee. I submitted the paperwork 2 months ago for biweekly payments & they still can't get it done. No less than 7 phone calls & 3 e-mails and zero help. Everyone is incompetent. Everyone is rude. How can we get away from this HORRIBLE company???

I got the best mortgage rate I could get through RoundPoint and thank them for that. The person assigned to me was very helpful, answered all of my questions along the way, and was able to work with me throughout the process. They kept me informed and I got all of the information I needed from them (when I needed it). The entire process was simple and straight forward. I needed a quick turn around on my mortgage and they were able to do so in the short time frame. When I call the call center they answer my questions quickly, kindly and accurately.
