Been a member for 27 years and they've always treated me well. Very little difficulty in getting small loans. Always worked with me the 2 times my debit card was hacked.

If I could rate this a zero I would. I don't even bank at this bank, but I went to make a deposit for a friend in need.......rushed from work to go over to the branch. Didn't take my purse, because...I RUSHED. Guess what?? will not make a DEPOSIT without my id. Really!! Poor, poor customer service.

Worst credit union always a problem with updating information. Always places extended loans withdraws funds from my account and then tries to deposit it so the credit bounces back. Don't back with them unless you want to be scammed. Not to mention they charged me a few for not having $100 in my account even though I didnt have an account number or debit card with them for over 6 months
