After dealing with Veterans United with no success, and no real help from them to get us into a home, my wife and I decided it was best to switch to a different business for our home loan. Our realtor Natalie Terry suggested that we should go with Deanna Valeo from Fairway Mortgage. Deanna did an excellent job getting us into our home. Instead of telling us that there was nothing she could do for us she came up with a brilliant idea to get the loan through. In our experience with Deanna she did whatever it took to make sure we were going to get the home on time, and with terms that we could handle. We would both personally recommend her to anyone that is going to buy a home. She cares about her clients, and doesn't see them as just another paycheck. After a lot of hearing from our previous mortgage company that there was nothing they could do for us it was tremendous relief working with Deanna, and her assurance that she would do whatever it takes to get us in our new home. All in all I am extremely grateful that we had Deanna there to help us get into our new home.

It was such a pleasure to work with Jane, Jennifer and Dan. Not only did they make the process easy, Jane discovered that my home insurance was much above the cost that it should have been and she introduced me to a new insurance company that I am quite pleased with, I look for integrity in those that I do business with and it is clear that Jane, Jennifer and Dan have the best interest of the client in mind. They enjoy what they do. And the icing on the cake is that they are really fun to work with-----a wonderful collective sense of humor. You can't go wrong with this group.

This was our first home buying experience, so we were very green to everything. Tony did a great job of holding our hands and staying very engaged in the process by explaining everything to us beforehand as a 1000 foot view and then talking us through each step as we got there. He was always very quick to answer any questions. We really felt like he was a part of the family through this whole process. Deanna is wonderful at her job! She is 5 stars for me!! She not only is super knowledgeable but she makes sure you're on track with everything with a simple and detailed checklist throughout the loan process. This is the single most important thing that will allow for a smooth closing, making sure you're on top of every step. Deanna goes out of her way in order to make the deal happen. She's able to take something that's usually complicated to understand for your average person and explain it in simple terms that makes her clients feel super comfortable. I would describe Deanna as a "go-getter". She has a ton of energy and she puts it all into helping out her clients. She's passionate and willing to help anyone achieve their dreams of getting a mortgage and being a homeowner. I will definitely continue to refer Deanna to all my friends and family as I'm able to TRUST her, which is the best attribute that anyone could have these days.
