Experian in Charlotte, NC

I used Experian, LowerMyBills company to get an auto quote. I completed numerous pages of info. After each page there was a statement to continue to get my quote, inferring that when I was finished filling out the info, I would have my quote. False. I was told that my info was being processed. Then they said I would be contacted within 24 hours by 3 insurers, I did not give permission for this to happen. They now have all my personal information on file. I want this deleted and a letter sent to me at 20 Citation Drive, Durham, NC from someone authorized to get this deletion accomplished. This deceptive business practice is going to cease. I just added this sentence as my anger has only increased as I write this e-mail and I am going to pursue this issue until you give consumers up front info that they have to fill out x number of pages of personal info and they will be referred to insurers who will then supply a quote by phone. Should you not reply to me by August 1, 2010, I will file a formal complaint with Roy Cooper, Attorney General of the State of North Carolina. I will then send the same complaint to every Federal and State agency that regulates your business. Willis L. James
