The BEST car sales experience I've EVER had.. Like really. A haggle free time, a full-size cold bottle of water!, popcorn, full tank of gas, car review, car gadget function review, an experience I will remember for a lifetime! Wish I could say more but I gotta Zoom Zoom Zoom!

We worked with Darrell Gooden & he was so accommodating & patient. We came all the way from WV just to purchase a vehicle. All the employees were so nice! They explained everything so well & answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Drive Time on N. Tryon to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

As my first experience in Drive Time, I have to say Brandon has excellent customer service. We had a couple of issues but he made sure we left happy and we did. Thats the type of service the clients should be offered. Thank you so much for everything.

If you have money they will indeed get you the car you want...But that's just it,these people only seem interested in getting your money. Got my car from them and it had no oil in it when I first got it and no spare tire..but they told me since I didn't discover I didn't have a spare within the first 30 days that there was nothing they could do. When they should of made sure of that from the beginning. I would strongly prefer going elsewhere if you have options.

After losing my daily commute vehicle due to a wreck, with my bad credit, I called multiple dealerships none which would even help me, let alone spend their time to speak with me. As soon as I walked in here, everyone greeted me with a smile, and that felt more than just a gesture, the staff were very professional and spoke to me in a professional manner. There were no short cuts what so ever, everything we discussed was in complete detail to the very last drop. In today's society and economy, this was the miracle I hoped for and I was able to drive off in my brand new car with a smile and with the staff to congratulate me. It was the absolute happiest moment of my life. These people made me feel like a person and not just someone they're pitching to and get out the door. I would definitely recommend these guys and gals to anyone.
