Community Credit in Charlotte, NC

These people are idiots. They talk like they're high on painkillers and booze. Toothless morons.

I get a letter from community credit asking for proof of insurance. I bought a used car from sign and drive. You must have insurance to drive a car off the lot. I go to the community credit llc website. The phone number and address are the same as the car lot where I purchased the car. What...the...hell? This doesn't seem very professional. Instead of checking their own paperwork community credit llc tells me that I have to jump through hoops to prevent me from having to pay their insurance rates. I had to provide proof of insurance in order to remove the car from the lot. This is a common sense issue. The responsible party, or parties, need to stop and apply simple thinking. If they do not have proof of my insurance does this mean that the salesperson let me off the lot with an uninsured car? If so shouldn't they ask who let that happen? Make them prove they didn't let me leave without proper insurance. It is scary that people in these types of positions can be so lacking in common deduction skills. Duh!!! It doesn't take a brainiac to figure out such an obvious clue.

They need to hire more intelligent, professional and honest workers. Half a year ago the lady need bank statements as proof that I've been making payments on the vehicle. Now their website is down a month and probably ongoing. I hate paying over the phone because I don't trust people but had no choice and still didn't receive an email confirmation from the last payment. Made a payment today and this time it's a guy, took the payment and said confirmation is on the way. Right before we hung up we asked what email are they sending it to and what's on file. His reply......."oh uhhhh someone must've delete it." so we gave them my email address again. Still......no confirmation. I really hope they mean well and probably busy because I don't have time for a lawsuit but I will if I have to.
