I came to school from out of town and needed a place to bank, this bank was linked to the University I was attending and insisted that they were the best fit for all the college students... I used my credit card three times, consisting of $130, by the end of the semester I paid $430 in transfer fees, late fee, and service charges. They never contacted me or sent me any mail, I was new to it all and dumb and they took advantage of that. Just a big bank trying to make as much money as they can.

Wells Fargo has some of the best ATMs that allow you to deposit and withdrawal cash, there's one of them at the msu sub, and the online banking is great, and the service at this location is decent and the staff are super helpful

WORST bank ever! Had put money into my daughter's account and they put a hold on the check. Tried to talk to them to get the money released because she needed it NOW and they wouldn't even listen. If your smart stay away from Wells Fargo and patronize your local banks. They are the ones that really care.

Say you walk into this Wells Fargo looking to open a simple personal checking account. They will cross-sell the heck out of you and threaten all sorts of fees unless you open up at least two bank accounts and a credit card or put around $25,000 into your checking account. Terrible bank- only use it if there is no other option. If you are choosing between national banking chains, go with Chase. Chase also has better mobile and online banking. Wells Fargo always manages to be a step behind in terms of technology and also they charge fees for everything.

I love this bank! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I love my personal banker Cami! She is so amazing! I have never had a bad experience here.
