I would not do business with this company. I personally have tried to inquire about their services everyday Monday through Friday for 2 weeks at various times throughout the day and noone has ever once answered a call IN TWO WEEKS ...DURING BUSINESS HOURS! Tell do you want to trust a company you can't even get to answer your call with your credit and personal Information? How much help can they actually be for you if you can't even contact them or get someone motivated enough to answer the phone? As soon as I can figure out who runs this gig or if theirs even a corporate office I'll be reporting the extremely poor customer service. Your much better off taking your money somewhere else. I would venture to say the good reviews here were made by employees or friends of to boost ratings. The only thing the credit care company seems to actually care about is not providing customer service.

My wife and I were referred to John through a banker we know and told us that he has tremendous results helping people with their credit history. Not only was John professional and organized, he was also very easy to talk to and relate to. He showed us in easy to understand terms what is good and bad for our credit profile and that it is equally important to build credit as well as mend and care for your credit profile. John is an excellent teacher as well. He showed us how to improve our personal credit and has a vast knowledge bank of what to do for business credit as well. By the end of our first meeting, John had me set me up with a copy of my score and had already put together a timeline on how to reach my goal within a year. He has been a pleasure to work with and understanding of how easy it is to be lured into making bad financial decisions. I highly recommend John, Rachel and The Credit Care Company team. I own my own business and am buying a home. My attorney recommended them to help me prepare for the "self-employed" approval process. Frankly, I never would have searched online or sought a company like this on my own because I wouldn't know if I was dealing with a legitimate company or not. But I've worked with them for more than 6 months now, and their service exceeded my expectations. I even ignored a few things on my credit report that I considered insignificant, but John (who is very detail-oriented) insisted we remove them so I would have the cleanest credit report possible. They've answered every question I had without judgment and were very knowledgeable about what I needed to do in each step of my specific situation. I consider that exceptional customer service.

Was to busy to contact the creditors so, I hired the Credit Care Company to do that for me. Unfortunately, I had to fire them due to being unorganized & unprofessional. Set up an appointment to review my credit profile. Was interrupted several times during the course of the meeting by a child coming in & out of the office. I get it, family business but, that's unprofessional regardless. I liked John and what he had to say. He was realistic but, it soon went down hill from there. Emails went unanswered after several attempts and when called to follow up with it, seemed as if I was a burden. Initial start up is $299 Which what I know now, is overkill. After that $129 a month. Now, they wait till the last minute to send letters, then it's 45 days. Once the letters come back they determine what was removed and what wasn't. What wasn't removed they take the easy way and offer to settle. But, they tell you they send another letter to dispute what wasn't removed with the intial letter. Before anything is removed you're paying $430 bucks. Get credit Karma dispute everything. That's what they do. Whatever doesn't get removed dig deeper, and dispute again. Then Settle. Don't waste your money. Service is horrible. Stay away.
