They will approve you for one amount over the phone, but when you go in and they waste an hour of your life, they will offer you far less than they approved you over the phone for (which also takes ages). They tell you want you want to hear, then change it all when you go in. They also take all your information and call everyone and your brother (literally, especially your employer and if you rent, your landlord) so if you don't want these people letting the whole world know you are trying to get a loan from them, I would avoid them like the plague. I plan to do so anyway. We walked out and said forget it, we will not be back either.
