I've owned homes for a couple of decades, so this wasn't my first rodeo. That being said, this was one of the easiest transactions I've experienced. Sure there were a couple more documents I had to collect compared to a couple of years ago, but everything was outlined (in detail) at the very beginning of this process so I knew exactly what my role was. Once I collected all the needed documents, there were no surprises and all the numbers were exactly what Robert predicted they would be. Thanks!

My brain has never successfully wrapped around the details of mortgages and finances. Robert was wonderful at explaining the process and information to me. He did so in a way that was supportive and helpful (not once talking down to me!). Where I would normally procrastinate, Robert politely and effectively encouraged forward motion. Working with Robert allowed the mortgage process to be simple and easy!

I wasn't looking forward to the refinance process due to everything I heard on the news and from friends. I don't know much about underwriting except everyone said it was much tougher now. That might be the case, but I didn't notice anything. At the very beginning of the process Robert gave me a comprehensive list of required documentation. After spending the 30-40 minutes locating all this information, there really wasn't much for me to do. There were a lot of documents to sign, but he explained everything to me and always kept me informed during the process. Not only was I able to accomplish my goal of lowering my payment, Robert made it incredibly easy. You should definitely use this guy!
