Neighbors Credit Union in St. Louis, MO

this is the slowest bank on the planet, whether your inside or in the drive thru. They need more tellers working!!

I always seem to get an attitude whenever I come pay my car loan. Personally I wouldn't bank there at all if I could get approved for a auto loan somewhere else. WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sat and waited an hour to be seen. After waiting an hour one of the young ladies come from the back and instead of looking on the sign in paper to see who was next or even asking who was next she immediately took the couple that came in after me. It was bad enough while waiting she came and apologized to other people who sat there but didn't even acknowledge me once. Now I would hate to say it had something to do with my race but I really don't know what this lady problem was. Ignorance is bliss but I don't think that was situation at all

I've been given wrong information when I opened my loan and now the same goes for my credit card. They really need to be knowledgeable on products and know when there are fees so members aren't surprised and angry when they see their statements.

I've been with Neighbors Credit Union for at least 7 or 8 years, I've never had a problem with ANY of the staff or the services! I even have to brag a bit about Shauna Sloan, she is super nice and really easy to talk to! I went in for a car loan and she rocked! She talked to me on the phone and got the loan approved on the spot, i didnt have to wait for days like my other experiences, then emailed me a list of all the things i needed to bring in as to not forget, she was swift working on her end so i did not have to spend hours in the office. She also explained to me my different options very clearly and in turn i opted for one that MADE MY PAYMENT LOWER! How many places do you know of that give you extras that lower your payments??? If you are on the fence about Neighbors dont be, the grass is truly greener over here!
