Best home buying experience ever! Very low stress!!! Adam was awesome

Very bad experience with this company. My real estate agent works with this company as their in house lender, so we decide to give them a try. We were quoted a rate by another bank already, and was told this company can either match it, or beat it. We have this conversation in text, saying that the loan officer WILL DO THIS, AND GIVE US A $700 CREDIT TOWARDS CLOSING COSTS since we signed with the agent that wasn't assigned to us. (a incentive from the other bank). The day after, i give the officer a call, give us our information to apply, and wait to get results. 3/24 he calls, and says he has the pre-approval letter to send to me through email. Never received. 3/27 he calls, saying he has the pre approval letter and that he will email me it. Never received. I call him 3/30 to see whats going on, and he tells me that he can not even come close to the rate that we were quoted, and was confused on what I wanted him to do. I gave him the advise that maybe he should wait to tell a client any promises before he has their credit information. He gave me the advise that the bank we are going though doesnt sound legit, and has lots of red flags. Navy Federal, the bank military personal is set up with when they enlist, isnt legit.

No problem / issues with company in the past nor this time. Agent was courteous, patient, very informative, returned calls and answered all questions I had in a timely manner.

Ryan Luechtefeld was extremely personable and great to work with. He provided us an awesome deal on our home mortgage, and laid everything out in black and white. I'd refer him to anyone!

Smooth and easy application process. Adam Faurie has been great at facilitating the loan process and answering questions. So far all round great experience.
