Even if your $1 negative you can expect to pay close to a $40 overdraft fee. This bank is terrible

I would absolutely never do business with these people. This has to be the most run down looking banks I've ever seen on top of the awful banking options trying to drain your money.

Though I am still using this bank just because I don't want to go thru the hassle of switching direct pay accounts for my employer issued pay checks I would never again recommend using this bank to any one I know I am past dissapointed with this bank brand overall first off I NEVER received any of my customer referral visas for $50 each and there was 4 owed to me and yes all customers met their ridiculous requirements ! Second they apparently are not FICO insured cause I had to close one account due to identity theft and the close ticket for it was never submitted and I fought with them for 2 months about why I continuously was having my wages taken from a new account to pay for in authorized overdrafts on the one that was supposedly closed which I was never reimbursed the $400 I lost due to their error and lastly god forbid u refuse the overdraft protection so ur account can not overdraft and set up auto transfers from checking into savings cause they will take it rather u have money in account to cover the amount or not and then charge u a $36 overdraft fee and then tell u they will remove the od fee but that the $100 in savings is in limbo and can't be touched forcing u to be late to work so that u can go in and sign a signature card that ur not even told about if setting the savings account up over the phone when they offer u a "hassle free saving option" VERY POOR ,UNDER TRAINED, RUDE AND CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!
