The two stars are literally only for the nice customer service ladies, they even called me back to follow up twice. The methods are very time consuming and honestly a waist of time! I spent over half an hour on the phone for the second time, just to be told I needed overdraft protection(which Bank of America doesn't offer for a single account)

Do not ever get a loan from this place. It is a total rip off. If you receive a $500 loan, they want you to pay back 4 times, yes, I said 4 times that amount back. Think twice about it. DON'T DO IT, especially if you are on fixed income, like I am. You will never be able to pay it back. There should be a law against this type of transaction.

Do not go to this place. When I went to get a loan using my disability just because my name is not on my kids which is still include my income . they will not give me a loan then they tell me . I can get two hundred and dropped it down to one hundred and then finally said that they just couldn't give it to me. I suggest that if anyone try to get a loan there walk away especially if you are on disability.
