Regions Bank in Columbia, MO

Tim at Paris Road location is very rude and unhelpful. Will not use this branch again if he is working.

Why is it so hard to get ahold of someone when I call?? Why must I go through minutes of automation with no option to be transferred to my teller at this location? Please fix your phone number on here. Is it so hard to have a local number so it's quick and easy to get help? You may think you are doing a good job with your automation job but it's really inconvenient.

Would give a 5 star but I hate that you can't find a local number to call! I use the automated system almost daily but it doesn't always answer all things I need to know so for those rare occasions I would like to have a local number!

Aside from always remembering me when I walk in and always having smiling faces, these wonderful people helped me get my accounts together after my wallet was stolen. Additionally, they helped me figure out the next steps needed in obtaining a new drivers license and possibly grouping my bills into one. I am not only impressed, but thankful for thebgreat service provided here.

Tim and crew are very helpful and knowledgeable about what Regions has to offer. I've seen some bad reviews on here, but I feel if a little common sense was used, there wouldn't be so many problems. No local number listed on google? Ask ANY teller/manager for their card, they'll give it to you--guess what? Local number's printed right there. Unexpected fees? Don't spend more than you make and that won't be a problem. Read the fine print/listen to the tellers when they open your account. Overdraft fees, other ATM fees....it's all explained when you open your account. Upgrade your elementary listening skills and you may get somewhere. I never had a negative experience while there, but I've seen plenty of people roll through and get bent out of shape over something they could have prevented. Own up to your own issues instead of blaming those serving you.
