Flat Branch pre-approved my home loan with no problem, but when I went back to get the loan I was denied. The fact I was denied was not my issue, my issue was I was treated like I wasn't worth their time after my credit rating dropped. I also had to find out from my Real estate agent that I had had been denied the loan. Flat Branch didn't even have the balls to call me and tell me themselves.

This is the most honest lending service around. The owner is running the best operation and is very well-known for their reputation. Their business is pretty much all referrals, which says a lot.
