There never open on time. I'm sitting here now it's Monday @ 845 am there is no one to service you in the drive through. The other day I came it was the same thing. The clerks pulled in together late about 30 min. Walked in as if there wasn't a line wrapped around the building. Thinking of banking else who. Two thumbs down

Got here an hour and a half before close and they had one teller working. The young lady working with her before close, closed up her station in the midst of helping a client. Absolutely unprofessional, I truly don't know why this branch is currently open.

I am appalled by the business practices of big banks like Bank of America and was/am looking for a credit union for both my business and personal accounts. Working with DMCU has been SUCH a hassle and disappointment from day one! First off, their online banking isn't 100% accurate (postings can lag for days rather than being listed as pending or some other accounting), you can't transfer between a business account to a personal one AND you can't just go online to arrange for a transfer between your personal to the business without completing a hand written form rather than just going online to take care of business. Just poor service and follow up on concerns all around. Don't bother coming to this credit union if you expect quality service or modern banking tools such as a robust online banking platform.
