I am not impressed with your bank. And the reason for that is. I received a check for 2300 from one of your clients that has an account with your bank. I deposited this check in my daughter's account. Now I called your 800 number first to make sure that this was a legit check. Then I drive down to Baltimore to your place of business and spoke with a woman. Who also stated that and confirmed that the account was and is one of theirs. Now my daughter bank cleared this check but when it was time for BBVA Compass to release the funds back to my daughters bank to cover the money being drawn out of her account. BBVA would not do it. So my daughter's account was overdrawn. Now I don't know or understand what kind of Business BBVA is conducting but I sure am about to put this company On STRAIGHT BLAST. All Over FACEBOOK.
