Horrible. Setup automatic drafts & they still call days BEFORE payment is due. Or called several times stating they had no draft paperwork, so how was it drafted every other month? Smh

Great people. They have been nothing more than professional. Tower has given me an extremely amount of rope to hang myself many times over. The reason they may call you days before your loan is due is that they may not want you to incure more late payments. My suggestion is to keep them in the loop of your financial situation and you will find they are very leniate!
