Aaron Hale is absolutely horrid. I dont know if he got his schooling from the University of Phoenix or what, but he doesnt have a CLUE. He would say things needed to be done to help bring down DTI, we'd do it, plus more. Then we moved assets to get more off of the credit report, and only has a few MINOR things listed (less than $100 a month in DTI assessment). Credit score was at a 700+. Then started coming up with reasons of why the stuff we had wouldnt work after we did what HE told us to do. Then tried to go FHA, and wouldnt take into consideration prt time income, even though FHA guidelines state that if youve been at your part time job 2+ years, its perfectly acceptable. So when we asked why it couldnt be used he stated the lender wouldnt allow it, and we asked how considering EVER lender is under the SAME FHA guidelines. Hes have no answer. We wouldnt keep us updated and ALWAYS had excuses, but was never his fault. Then, he said he found a way to make everything work. We were supposed to have a signing at 2PM. At 11:30, we were called by him and stated that the house we chose would not work on the loan, however he had the contract for 2+ WEEKS! But decided 2 hours before meeting your client for signing was a good time to start the paperwork and didnt have a CLUE to what was going on, and then blamed it on us that we didnt inform him of the type of home. Yet he had the damn contract. I would AVOID this place, or atleast Aaron Hale at ALL costs. Id trust a monkey more than him. Do NOT believe a word he says and, if you do choose to deal wit him, do NOT think you are getting a house until you are sitting the living room in your own furniture. Also, to add, he made multiple of multiple inquires on the credit for NO REASON during the process and pulled it several time, even though reports are good for 120 days. But if you want false hope, to play the blame game, followed by hit credit inquires and no home, Aaron Hale is your man!

Words cannot express how much Julia Wheat at Statewide Mortgage went above and beyond to help me close on our home in the quickest and most cost efficient way. She worked with me constantly through the process making sure everything was thorough and completed to anticipate every single speed bump we may have encountered. I don't know how she does it but she was more than willing to put the burden of our home on her shoulders and make our deal work the way we wanted it to and really genuinely cares for my family's well being in the process. If you ever use anyone other than her I feel you're cheating yourself out of not only a smooth home buying experience but an amazing personality with years of experience at her disposal. Every time I walk into my home I thank her for her hard work that finally gave me and my family a solid place to call home.
