It does not matter if you call this company and are happy to throw money their way or if you ring them up and excitedly tell them you'd like to pay and how sorry you are for being derelict. This group of Louisvillians cannot bring themselves to register that you are a human being. Be prepared to be put on hold and tossed from department to department until some bored robot finally decides they can take your call. Said robot will then proceed to talk down to you for the entirety of the conversation. If your credit can stomach it, I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Unless you like being treated like a retarded goat.
