We have had our car loan through them for two years now. We are looking to refinance for one main reason. You can NEVER reach them. I have been calling for over a week. Today I was on hold for over three hours and still no one answered. There is no voicemail to leave a message. I have tried to sign in online to do a payment and it keeps saying my session has expired and to re sign in. How does it expire when I'm not signed in to begin with???? They always charge a late fee even if you explain that you were not able to get through to make a payment. I think they do it so they can make more money!!!!!

They are snakes, liars, cheats, and just downright awful people that are taking advantage of people that are in a corner. Well, I am not longer in that same corner, and you are poking a sleeping bear with your continued negligent and mis-informed reports to my credit. Watch me win.

Very difficult to get a hold of. They always have terrible attitudes on the phone and talk to you like you're a criminal. They act like its inconveniencing them to speak to you. Can't wait until my loan is paid off.

I've had my loan with them since October 2015 & they have reported to the credit bureau's 1 time & have not once sent me a statement showing my payments or balance. My credit score keeps dropping because it shows an outstanding loan that payments are not being made on & I've contacted the dealership to help but have gotten zero response. I have them taken directly from my bank account so I have record of my payments but you can't show that when you're trying to get a home loan. Do not finance through this company at all! I am re-financing as soon as possible!!

Rude!!! That's all I can say. Can't wait until we refinance in a year and can cut our relationship off with them. I called and told them that I have entered all the information correctly when I tried setting an account up but it said I don't have an account. I called the office and told a man named Bruce and he kept trying to tell me I wasn't putting the information in correctly. I'm not stupid I have done this before. Reading other reviews on this page apparently I am the the first to experience this. Hopefully their attitudes change and they learn to appreciate their customers or this is going to be a long few years during the term of our loan or when we refinance.
