I have been a member of this credit for twenty years and the service was exceptional. Now that they have changed over, I haven't been able to access my account. I can't get onto the access line to check my balance or get any access to my account. I am going to withdraw from this credit union.

I come here often and normally I am in and out! The staff seems very friendly.

They need to update their system I know that they just did and it did not go well I like them for some of services that they provide and the customer service is good that is the only reason for three stars

The online system seems to always go down pay weekend. Transactions take to long to post. Not as fast as a Chase bank, way more ancient.

Very unprofessional & discriminate lender. Look toward larger and more secure lenders such as Forum Credit Union, or Indiana Members credit union if you are seriously looking for a bank.
