I love family's horizon very nice and respectful ladies and gentlemen. ...they greet you when you come in ask how you doing first then ask how can we help you ....just love that

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This bank is the WORST. You can't even make payments online if you have a loan, you HAVE TO have a checking account with them, which is absurd. If you offer loans, you should have an online e-pay system for all loans. Customer service is also horrible. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone, and they aren't very nice once you do get a hold of them. They process things strangely and will blame your bank or you for any additional fees when it's the strange way they are processing. We are counting down the minutes until we can move our loan and will NEVER go through this bank again. I would recommend everyone avoid them like the plague. Don't trust any other reviews on here - as they are probably from current employees and not actual satisfied customers.

I was a victim of fraud and showed proof to the manager and she refused to do a fraud report. Still have not received my money back into my account
