BMO Harris Bank in Indianapolis, IN

Be careful using to drive thru they make mistakes often.

This has to be the worst bank in Indiana. The tellers are lazy, they make you feel like it's a chore to assist you, they are not friendly or they do not act approachable, and when they don't feel like counting the requested withdrawal(a.k.a. their job description) they tell you that you can't request that ammount. Because of this, I demanded to withdraw my money and I'd go else where to do my banking and they still refused. I asked for a manager and the manager just happened to be gone at 11:37 AM. I went to an ATM and pulled my money out then went online and closed the account. I suggest others do the same and avoid this branch and this bank. Why isn't there anybody or anything to stop places like this from fisting you mouth then your butt then your mouth again.
