Taxnet Financial in Chicago, IL

I was told if you don't get approved for the loan, you dont have to file with them. Well they took it upon themselves to send my return to the irs without my signature they asked for. To top it off the didn't use the full amount i made for the year. No this pissed customer (me) has to amend the remaining amount and pay out my own damn pocket for that. I've called numerous times and left messages and they have yet to reach me. I never plan to use this company ever again. If i was denied a loan why would i want to file with you guys. Thanks for the lesson learned

SCAM!!!!!!!!!! I was denied for the Ral and I have a 724 credit score I do not owe the irs ir any loan companies money

Don't do it!! It's a scam! I was denied the early refund for owing money to the IRS... I do not owe anything!! Then they filed my refund without authorization. The amount they came up for my refund is about $2000 short of what it should be and according to an actual tax professional I asked I could "probably" fight it if I wanted to go to court and probably spend more in court fees than what I got scammed out of. Fool me once A$$holes but never again.

I usually don't give out a perfect 5 rating for reviews but the overall service I got from them would not make me think twice. I got approved for the loan plus they've done my taxes well. I would say switching to them would be a great advantage for me in the coming tax years that I'd be with them

I was looking for a company that is providing advance loan since I badly need it for the coming holiday. I found Taxnet Financial online and read some negative reviews so I was too hesitant at first to try dealing with them since I usually go to H&R Block. The customer service rep I spoke with was too helpful and provided me clear instructions and information on how the process works. I followed what she said and submitted all the information online. Then, just before the holiday came in, I got approved for the loan and felt so grateful. They filed my taxes and never had any problem since everything went smooth the way I expected it to be and so I got my refund from the IRS as well. The experience I've had was so great that I even recommended them to my friends and relatives. Will surely go back to them every year to have my taxes done.
