I called this place to ask a question. This Guy that sounds like a bratha like me picked up. I asked him about a cell phone pawn of a Note edition. He instantly Got an attitude over the store getting burned with cell phones. I tried to asked him why? He went straight off, talking Ghetto and being ignorant. This is why I don't deal with certain people. I legaly own my phone and was trying to do business and this (Angry DUDE) makes it personal. Said. IM MOT SURE IF THIS IS A PLACE FOR PROFESSIONALS

I've been to a lot of pawn shops before in my life. I have to be honest I found Royal to be one of the most honest pawn shops I've dealt with. They give me more time on my loans and less interest than any other pawn shop. They've been around for a very long time and theres a guy named Randy I've been dealing with, I think he's the owner. He's very easy to deal with and a very good guy.
