I have been a customer of at this location for YEARS! Well guess what they have lost a loyal customer. I recently paid one of my bills and my bill has yet to post to my account for both the month of February & March. I have gone in personally and have talked to several people that claim to be Manager's and assistant Manager's and have gotten no where. Their excuse to me is that the processing center is experiencing problems posting payments to the accounts. Well how convenient for them I understand that mistakes happens and human errors occur. I can't seem to understand how this happens 2 times and one month after another. I am really upset because this store and their staff have not a care in the world about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have done nothing to resolve this issue. I will no longer sit and wait for a solution to this problem. I for 1. will file a customer complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney generals office. 2. I will no longer do business with this store nor refer them to my friends and family. So customers BE WARE of shady business transactions and NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm here right now and instead of the night manager Anthony taking care of the guess he's standing with his hands folded looking at the line of customers. Note to Anthony: the line would move faster if you did your job.
