WOW. For lack of words right now....I am in shock. This company has gone over an beyond my expectations. Lets be honest. When was the last time a company surprised you with great customer service? THEY ACTUALLY listen to your concerns. If your thinking about getting a loan with OPP Loans please do, this company does care for their customers. I will be reccomending them to everyone I know.

I'm very amazed at how easy and uncomplicated the process was. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Especially Quentin! He is very professional and thorough. Amazing service and the best rates. You won't be raped like all the other companies out there. If you are forced to take this route in an emergency then for sure try these guys out. When I phoned in I was treated with all the respected and decency in the world. I will see if they lose any stars during the payoff process and report back! I hope that they continue their level of service.

Tiffany was very Knowledgeable, helpful and forth coming. Explained how the loan works, payback options and grace days if you want to cancel the loan. This service is by far better than any other payday loan I've encountered. Yes rates are high, but at lease not 300% like most. I would and will recommend to family and friends. Again not a long term loan, use what you need payback asap.
