I hate everything about this place. They are only nice until after they have gotten your money. My brother referred me to them and they never gave him the credit for it as promised. The people at the finance company are great but not at the dealership. I would not deal with them if I could help it!

I've been financing a car for almost 2 years, I was very thankful they gave me a chance. I wasn't particularly happy with the vehicle I got because it was small and I have children, but I was assured after a year of good payment history I could trade in. Well I was so happy when I made it through the first year and I could go back there to trade in. The guy who sold to me was standing outside on the phone when I got there, so I patiently waited for him to get off the phone. Finally he asked what I wanted and I told him. He just looked and me and said come back in 8 more months and got back on the phone. I was crushed. I feel like he was so nice and reassuring during the buying process, then when I came back it was totally different and I really didn't appreciate that. I am working to get my car refinanced so that I don't to go back there.
