I worked with Cedrick Burrows and he worked hard to get me the help I needed. He gave me so much detail on first time home buyers and the steps that needs to be taken. He broke down the home buyers jargon and continued put me in contact with the best individuals to assist me. Buying a house takes patience and is truly needed. He took about 5 days to get back in contact with me after the approval, but when he called that's when I got a ton of knowledge and the best contacts!

Do yourself a favor. Stick with your hometown bank where people care about you. Our car was supposed to be included in our consolidation loan and we had discussed extra money to be included as a cushion. The loan officer even went so far as to tell me how to word the document..what the cushion money would be used for. No one contacted us to tell us they were not going to include the car. No one contacted us to let us know there would be no cushion money included. Final pay off did not include enough money to pay off the car loan. We were short $1100 for car payoff. I was stupid in that I did not read the final document close enough. We did not look over the final documents close enough because we were falsely confident that they were going to resemble the documents that were originally presented to us. Our local lawyer told us it would have cost 1/2 the money to go local. Randy LaDow did not take care of us.

Liar , Liar, Liar. DON'T TRUST BBMC MORTGAGE. They will just lie to you . I don't mind give my real information just want to tell anyone don't use their product or service. I used BBMC for my first home loan. I was told with a 2.5% for 7/1 ARM . It took me 5 months to find a home. But I was told the rate increase 2.875% then. That's fine as my offer was accepted and I don't have time to change to another mortgage company. I give them 5 weeks to close the home. 5 week !!!! I was told they can't do it at the 5th week. I have to accept a 3.875% for 30year fix !!!!!. Otherwise I will lose my earnest money. I was really angry at that time. But to get my home, I accept that. My home was close at 6th week which passed my closing date !!! Another ridiculous thing is they promise to give me a $1800 home bird credit and it shows in the estimate cost when I sign the final contract. But image what , today I got a mail of the final contract, the homebird credit is gone !!!!!! Please save your time and your money. STAY AWAY WITH BBMC MORTGAGE, LLC Updates at 11/17/2016 Great. I got a follow up with my homebird credit. It turns out a MISTAKE. That is FANTASTIC !!!! Next time I am not sure if you will promise to give your client 1 million credit as anyways, they won't get it. They are fooled. That is just mistake !!!. After I shout out, you promise to try again and get back to me next Wednesday !!! We will see where is the story going !!!.

Forget the big banks.... BBMC provided an excellent experience. Todd Jones' organization was fantastic - excellent rate and the mortgage was completed FAST. Also a % of my loan was donated to the veteran's charity of my choice.

Crossposting from Yelp: 11/3/2016 I just had the worst experience with this mortgage company. Unfortunately I realized too late in the process just how terrible it was and so I didn't have time to make a switch to a different one. The issues and delays were endless, from losing documents to not being knowledgeable about a standard loan which would have cost me quite a bit of money had I not been knowledgeable enough myself. The client shouldn't have to hold the hand of the mortgage company, that's not the way business is supposed to work. I reached out to their compliance department with my concerns almost a month ago now and still no response, I finally emailed one of the executives of the company and got a canned, "we're sorry for the delays and additional costs you incurred, we'll definitely learn from this experience, however there's nothing we can do." My complaint is on its way to the BBB, please avoid this mortgage company, unless you're savvy enough to guide the process yourself and avoid the possible issues caused by their lack of knowledge. I wouldn't wish working with this company on my worst enemy...well maybe my worst enemy. Update: 1/11/2017 after Steven Carter from Customer Experience posted on my review offering to "help", which really means just to make them look like they care to people looking at reviews. It was nice of Steven to say he would like to learn more, but it turns out that was just for appearances sake on here. Make no mistake, it was a complete waste of time. We have spent the last two months exchanging numerous emails that go nowhere and wasting valuable time and there was absolutely no real regard or concern for the issues caused by BBMC, during the process or afterwards. Multiple times Steven said i would receive an update only for me to be left emailing over and over and over again after the specified time...and he only responded when i had copied the CEO of the company, saying he either "missed" my messages or had "forwarded" my email on to the exact "manager" who had presided of the absolute mess to begin with, this despite my specific requests that he not. For some reason i thought that someone who heads up "customer experience" would be a little more concerned with my experience as a customer, but that was not the case at all. Again, i would say run far and fast from this company. I would have been in a much more difficult situation than even the terrible one I experienced, if i hadn't understood what needed to be done and the timeline and basically did their job for them and babysit the process...do you have time to do that? If all this isn't enough to make you re-think using them, this company doesn't service its loans so my loan has been sold off 3 times in 5 months...that's 3 times where i have to figure out where to send my payment and who i'm dealing with, and 3 different sets of paperwork i'm going to have to find for my accountant on this one property. These reviews will be cross-posted to many review sites to warn as many people away as possible.
