DHI Mortgage was super easy and reliable to do business with. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly and reasonably on their game. I am extremely disappointed to find out however, that before your first payment is even due, they sell your loan to a sub-par, poorly rated and reviewed company with horrendous customer service. If I had known this in advance, I would have bailed. I have had mortgages sold in the past, but always to another reputable lender. Not this time!
