Same gripe as the previous post. It seems like the crew from Space Balls is working the day shift. Tough dealing with people who control your mortgage but don't know how to do their jobs. My general review is based on the lack of quality customer service. If my previous bank hadn't sold my original mortgage to this company then I wouldn't be a member with Primary Capital.

They recent changed their system. My remember me account disappear .And I realize there is no way to retrieve username or password. And When I setup account for the first time , there is no email sent as well. There is not any notice about system update.
