Moreira Team in Atlanta, GA

We called Al Moreira on a weekend not really expecting anything especially since no one answered (only because we didn't have a good experience with another lender prior to dealing with Al). But Al called us back within an hour which surprised me. We went through the process and had some ups and downs but for us it was worth it. Belinda and Amanda were great and efficient. We were fortunate to work with people giving such quality service in helping us to close our loan.

I don't know where to begin about how thankful I am to have gone with the Moreira Team to get my first home loan. I had started the loan process with another company NOT the Moreira Team who was horrible. I had deadlines to meet and their communication was nonexistent . It was then that I switched lenders and went with Moreira which is where I should have gone first. I was now on an extension for my closing date and starting the loan process all over again I almost felt defeated but Moreira made feel comfortable and the line of communication I had with them was amazing. I worked with Renee Curry who was awesome and didn't hesitate to get the process started quickly and reassure me they could meet the deadline. One person I believe went above and beyond on the work they did for me and that was Amanda Bailey she was always there to answer an email or call I can't imagine doing this process without her and if I ever get the chance to go through this process I will choose Moreira because of her. I wish she could have been at closing with me. I have probably told her thank you over a hundred times by now and I wish I could do so much more. But I closed today and it wouldn't have not been possible without Moreira. Thank you for helping me become a first time home owner. I am truly thankful and would/will recommend them to everyone looking to become homeowner !!! Love you guys!!!

The entire team made the process seamless!! They delivered on time and within the expected range. Al is the greatest. He was willing to work with us even though it was during the holidays and outside of office hours. I recommend him and his team 20 times over!

We are first time buyers and I know I was very nervous about the entire process. I had read all kinds of war stories of people who had a terrible time trying to secure a loan and then actually making it to closing on time that I had braced myself for the worst. Working with the Moreira team took every single concern away. They responded to our initial inquiry quickly and we had a pre-approval letter in less than 48 hours. Amanda and Kristin have been quick to respond to all emails and have done a wonderful job of keeping up up to date with the whole process. We are now one week from closing and it has been smoother than I ever thought possible. I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful experience!

Highly recommended -- especially for first time how buyers! Buying a home can be exciting, frustrating, exhausting, and stressful, and these guys do a great job of weathering the storm with their clients, offering assurance and words of confidence throughout to ease and help the process. My first contact Renee, and her team-members Amanda and Belinda were very proactive and responsive, they did an excellent job of vetting all of my financial information upfront to avoid surprises or disappointments down the road. I'm writing this review from my fantastic new loft, filled with appreciation for the professionalism of this team.
