The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. They act as though they are doing you a favor and you are bothering them by asking questions. I called Ms. Taylor at least 4 times to get and answer about an issue I was having and she NEVER bothered to return my call after I left 4 very clear messages. I called in on March 7, 2012 so that I could get a payoff on 1 of my accounts and got the same awful treatment by the lady that answered the phone. Honestly I thought intially it was a racial issue however I have a couple co workers that assured me it was not racial because they had recieved the same horrible treatment there. Unbelievable, I am do what I can to get now my last account away from there and would never ever recommend anyone to join this company.
